Discover Vegans is focused on building community through a plant-based lifestyle.
Discover Vegans was experiencing rapid growth via social media. The founder, Sabrina Vixama, is well known in the Boston Vegan community as a local Vegan cook. She also launched a small delivery Vegan pattie business which has been experiencing demand so that it was difficult to manage. Although Discover Vegans was experiencing so much growth, the brand was operating soley off of social media and did not have a digital place to call home that would turn their social media followers into brand champions.
The brand strategy focused on two main areas: messaging/positioning and content. A target audience assesement allowed us to gain a strong understanding of who Discover Vegans should aim to reach and how develop the marketing geared towards that specifica audience. Several e-mail automations were created in order to capture user information. The research conducted also revealed that creating a catering model would make for much more effcient sales process. We created a streamlined sales solution integrated with automations for the Discover Vegans website.
