From global brand campaigns to award-winning digital products, Denisse Mayers Paulino brings a track record of creative leadership that moves the needle.

With a BFA in Design from Massachusetts College of Art and Design, an MBA from Northeastern University's D'Amore-McKim School of Business, and over 15 years of integrated brand, agency, and design experience, she operates at the rare intersection where creative vision and business strategy align.

​

As founder and Senior Director of Creative Strategy and Product at DEMP Agency, she leads brand identity, digital marketing, and product development, including directing in-house UX designers and developers in the creation of an award-winning mobile and web application.

​

She is also at the forefront of AI-integrated creative leadership, actively building branded digital products using AI and no-code platforms to close the gap between creative vision and real-world execution.

​

Her client roster includes Booz Allen Hamilton, Harvard University, Apple Music, YouTube, and Amazon. She serves as a business mentor at MassArt's Business Incubator in partnership with the City of Boston Arts and Culture Department, is a US Small Business Administration partner, a Latinas in Tech Startup Competition finalist, and a recipient of the Women Who Empower Innovator Award.
